Job Description: ​

• Creating new itineraries for India, Nepal, Morocco, Africa, etc.

• Searching and finalization DMCs to operate the new itineraries 

• Arranging flights, insurance, and accommodation

• Using a booking system to secure holidays

• Collecting and processing payments

• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports

• Sending out tickets to clients

• Dealing with complaints or refunds (not one of the perks, but someone's got to do it)

• Marketing of the Travel programs

• Creating Itineraries for festive travels

• Accessing the scope of Travel in India

• Social media promotion

• Review of the current travel programs

• Identifying the needs of a domestic or international traveler

• Liaisoning with local vendors like

  • Hotels

  • Taxi operators

  • Ticket Agents

  • Outbound tour operators

• Planning to boost sales on special travel products & Others as per the needs
